Google offers $90M 'click fraud' settlement

Well, it looks like I keep talking about Google, and it is not because I am obsessed with it, but because it is one of the greatest companies ever created and I am just amazed how the Street’s greed can potentially fuck it up; not likely, I just hate these morons out on the Wall Street moving and shaking everything.
So this news is not good for Google in any shape or form. Everybody knew about “click fraud” and it was just the matter of time for it to hit the fan. For those of you who don’t know about click fraud, in simple words, putting Google ads on your website and have your friends click on it. Google would charge the advertiser and gives part of the money to the website. Now they are settling for $90 million dollars which pocket change for Google, but I am sure more law suits will follow and I just hope it doesn’t drag the whole Web 2.0 revolution down, cuz I am working for one, and I want to make it big ;) Oh by the way, it is called MetroWize and it is social city and lifestyle guide. I am putting my heart and soul into it and I will be super pissed if market heads south and we can’t raise money to continue operation.
